NE Family Care Counseling Center provides the services of billing your primary insurance. Please bring your insurance card with you. Final responsibility for all services and therapy charges lie with the patient. For insured patients this means co-payment* at the time of service and/or full payment (statements are mailed at the end of each month). For cash paying patients this means full payment at the time of each session. Payments may be made by cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard.

A charge is incurred for failure to cancel appointments 24 hours in advance. Please note that during inclement weather (i.e. snow, ice storm, etc.) our office is considered "open as usual" if your counselor is able to come in. Court appearances and legal reports are your responsibility.

* Co-payment is the amount not reimbursed by the insurance provider but paid by the patient.
